  • Right now, it’s just once a year in January! I’m a full believer in new year goals and resetting your vision for the season ahead.

  • Come in business attire that speaks your brand! You be you!

  • You will be provided with notebooks to take notes and pens, but if you have favorite “go-to’s” for this type of event, bring it along! A computer works too, but as long as it’s not distracting you from being present!

  • Absolutely. This is an event that will provide validation on all levels… I know it’s a bold statement, but from burnout to stress to juggling personal issues… you aren’t alone.

  • Really sit back and think of what you want to focus more on, yourself (in aspect of wellness & nutrition) or on your business (with social media or SOPs) It’s your choice! :)
